Our New Builds Process

Consultation and Estimating:

During our first meeting, we'll discuss your vision, needs, and budget with care and attention. We'll evaluate the property to understand its unique features and any limitations it may present. Based on our conversations and assessment, we'll provide a rough estimate and then present a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs, ensuring transparency and clarity every step of the way.

Design and Planning

During the Design and Planning phase, we'll collaborate on developing the design concept, create detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings, obtain engineering approvals and building permits, and select materials, finishes, and fixtures together.

Construction:

During the initial meeting, you'll meet with the Site Supervisor, overseeing all phases of your home construction, and ensuring your vision, needs, and budget are addressed. Throughout the process, the supervisor will regularly update you on the progress, from preparing the site and laying the foundation to building the structure, roofing, and enclosure, followed by interior work like insulation, drywall, flooring, and fixtures, and installing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems before adding the final interior touches.

Hand-Over

As we enter the Handover phase, we passionately conduct meticulous final inspections to ensure absolute quality and compliance. Following this, we embark on a client walkthrough, eagerly addressing any concerns and meticulously finalizing every detail. Then, with great care and dedication, we furnish you with all the necessary documentation, warranties, and keys, ensuring an effortless transition into your new home.
